Two to four weeks is ideal, especially for spring and summer weekends. We do take last‑minute requests when the calendar allows — email us and we’ll tell you honestly.
An indoor installation holds beautifully for 3–5 days, often longer. Outdoors in direct sun, plan for the day of the event. We’ll tell you what to expect for your specific setup.
Yes — delivery, setup and takedown are included locally. We arrive early enough that everything is finished before your first guest walks in.
Almost always. Send a photo, a swatch, or a screenshot of a dress or invitation and we’ll match it as closely as balloon colours allow, then show you a mockup first.
