How far in advance should I book?
Two to four weeks is ideal, especially for weekends in spring and summer. That said, we take last‑minute requests when the calendar allows — just email us and we’ll tell you honestly.
How long do the balloons last?
An indoor installation holds beautifully for 3–5 days, often longer. Outdoors in direct sun or heat, plan for the day of the event. We’ll always tell you what to expect for your specific setup.
Do you deliver and set up?
Yes — delivery, setup and takedown are included locally. We arrive early enough that everything is finished and photographed before your first guest walks in.
Can you match my exact colours?
Almost always. Send a photo, a swatch, or even a screenshot of a dress or invitation and we’ll match it as closely as balloon colours allow, then show you a mockup before anything is ordered.
How do I pay?
A 50% deposit holds your date, with the balance due on setup day. We accept Interac e‑transfer to Ghadir@thepoparch.com, and credit card. You’ll get a written quote and a design mockup first — nothing is charged before you approve it.
What if my plans change?
Let us know as soon as you can. Date changes are usually free with at least a week’s notice, subject to availability.
